Why we build
Most of the friction in modern work isn't hard problems — it's unreliable tools. Systems that work "most" of the time force people to babysit them. I started IO Services to build software and tools to eliminate toil, which leads to confusion and delay.
What we build
Deterministic systems for the work that can't fail, and open infrastructure for the AI agents that are becoming everyone's coworkers. Searchio and Indexio exist because agents should read the web and a codebase the way a careful engineer would: precisely, cheaply, and with sources.
